What Your Brand Package Includes

A practical guide to the identity files, color rules, typography, and applications worth confirming in writing.

Black stationery, a pencil, and clips arranged on a dark surface

A brand package should help a business show up consistently after the presentation ends. The useful question is how well the pieces support the work you actually need to produce: a website, signage, sales materials, packaging, or a regular run of social content.

A Logo Needs Supporting Rules

Start with the approved logo arrangements and the conditions for using each one. A wide website header, a compact profile picture, and a single-color print job may need different treatments from the same identity.

Color and typography rules turn those treatments into a repeatable system. Ask for usable color values, font names and weights, spacing guidance, and examples of readable combinations. Confirm any separate font licensing requirements before the files reach your team or supplier.

Make Every Deliverable Earn Space

Prioritize the materials you will use in the next stage of the business. A restaurant opening may need a menu system and signage artwork. A consultant may get more immediate value from a presentation template and a consistent set of social graphics.

  • List the channels and materials you need first.
  • Identify who will use or update each item.
  • Confirm the format and software required.
  • Ask for an example showing the system in a real application.

This keeps the package tied to practical use and makes gaps easier to spot before production.

Choose A Package That Fits

Our published Essential Brand Identity Kit is $950 and includes a logo suite, color palette, type system, and one-page brand sheet. Signature is $1,750 and adds full brand guidelines, stationery and a business card, and a social profile kit. Complete is $2,500 and adds a Canva template system, collateral kit, and launch graphics.

See the current package page for the full inclusions and revision scope. A custom quote is available when the work falls outside those packages.

Confirm Files Before Work Begins

Ask which files are editable, which are final delivery formats, and which are intended for external suppliers. Confirm who can use the assets and what ongoing support or storage, if any, is included in the engagement.

The strongest handoff gives the next person enough information to apply the identity deliberately. Bring those practical questions to the first scope conversation, alongside your visual references.
