Absolutely not. We take the nightmare out of graphic design by delivering practical, polished, and high-performance creative immediately. In turn, payment is strictly due upon delivery of your invoice for all services rendered, items sold, or design implementations. We do not operate on Net 30 — or any deferred — billing cycle under any circumstances.
To maintain strict intellectual asset protection, all project-specific design vectors, internal manuals, and production data are securely destroyed upon final asset delivery and contract termination. Long-term file vaulting is strictly reserved for active, retained corporate partners.
Your brand kits, vectors, strategy documents, and proprietary assets stay within Firm-approved systems and are never shared with another client. Confidential information is not placed in unapproved services or used to train public models. Your work stays yours.

For corporate and enterprise accounts, yes — a non-refundable 25% mobilization deposit clears before any line-work begins. Small business engagements run on a defined Scope of Work, a fixed monthly retainer, or standard hourly billing. Either way, the structure is agreed in writing before we start.
Yes. Our most common projects are sold as flat-rate packages — social launches, websites, brand identity kits, decks, video, and monthly retainers — all published on our Pricing page, where you can also build your own estimate. Work that doesn't fit a package is scoped hourly, and you'll always see the number before any work begins.
