Retainers are month-to-month subscriptions that renew automatically each month on your signup date and bill your payment method on file until you cancel. Cancel online anytime — at least 15 days before renewal — via the billing link in your receipt emails or our pre-formatted cancellation email. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Each tier reserves a monthly hour cap within a predetermined written scope. Unused hours do not roll over, and work outside scope or beyond the cap requires written approval. By subscribing you agree to the Retainer Subscription Agreement in our Terms of Service.
