Retainers are month-to-month subscriptions that renew automatically each month on your signup date and bill your payment method on file until you cancel. Cancel online anytime — at least 15 days before renewal — via the billing link in your receipt emails or our pre-formatted cancellation email. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. A deliverable is one designed asset with up to two revision rounds; video counts as two. Unused deliverables do not roll over. By subscribing you agree to the Retainer Subscription Agreement in our Terms of Service.
